• The client is responsible for any loss or damage caused by misuse, tampering, or unauthorized modification.

7. Technical Support

• Technical support is provided during official service hours.

• Remote troubleshooting will be prioritized; on-site visits may be scheduled if necessary.

• Repair or replacement due to client-caused damage may be subject to additional charges.

8. Service Interruption & Liability

• TechGeekPH is not liable for service interruptions caused by:

  • Power outages

  • Natural disasters

  • Third-party providers

  • Force majeure events

• No refunds shall be issued for interruptions beyond the company’s control.
